Farrell's Eden Prairie is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the importance of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much conflicting information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our proven nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will see results—and you’ll feel the change in your body and mind that only nourishing food can deliver.

We tailor your plan to meet your unique needs and goals. You won’t feel restricted. You can keep on going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any setting. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to respond to questions and give you recommendations. They will walk you through your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Plus, you can always find delectable ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Meal Planning from Farrell's 

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at all meals. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to support you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we advise members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or vary them to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat the same meals each day for an entire week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal? Make sure our team knows, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
